By using this Web site or purchasing a ticket with Adventure Tours Transport LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions: TOURS Refunds are only offered if the cancellation occurs 1 week before the scheduled date of the trip. If you wish to cancel your reservation within 1 week of the trip, you will not receive a refund, but a friend or family member may travel in your place. For a multi-day trip, the cancellation request must be received at least one month before the date of the trip to receive a refund. Alcoholic Beverages cannot be consumed inside the bus. The driver may remove an offending passenger if he/she poses a threat to the safe transit of the bus. Please be advised that intoxicated passengers can also be denied transit before boarding. Luggage Assistance is provided to all of our passengers loading or unloading their baggage on the bus. However, Adventure Tours cannot take responsibility for any forgotten, lost, or damaged property at any point during our trips. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can only hold a specific location on the bus for a proven medical reason. Punctuality is very important to Adventure Tours. The bus can only wait 10 minutes at the stop locations after the established arrival time to allow passengers to board safely. Priority is given to passengers with paid reservations. Although tickets can be purchased on the bus without a discount, seats can only be guaranteed if a ticket was purchased before the scheduled date of the trip. Weather and Traffic can delay the trip�s itinerary. While we will do our best to anticipate any hindrances, certain conditions are out of our control.
